This week’s highlighted state is Florida. Regularly a high inventory holder, the Sunshine State currently has significantly more inventory than they have sold in the past 30 days. Florida’s current days supply of inventory is 43! Today, we will look at some of the inventory features for the state, including top sellers in various classes.

We look at data from the past 30 days to give us a snapshot of inventory and sales numbers. This lets us focus in on a specific location to get an idea of what is selling right now, and also what kind of inventory is currently on the market.

For today, let’s take a look at the current highest selling makes. We’ll also look at inventory numbers for those high sellers.

Toyota is currently the highest selling make in Florida. In fact, the top 5 highest sellers are Toyota models! Altogether, the top five models have sold 14,302 units in the last month, and still have 16,018 units in inventory. These top models include the Camry, RAV4, Tacoma, Corolla, and Highlander.

Next up is the Ford F-150, the first model on the list that is NOT a Toyota.  This model has sold 2,433 units sold and has 3,684 still in stock.

Next, the Hyundai Tucson has sold 1,390 units in the past 30 days, with 1,458 vehicles in stock.

Finally, the RAM 1500 Pickup sold 1,181 units in the last 30 days. 4,226 units of inventory remain in the state.
