In this New Vehicle Weekly Trade Activity report, we take our data set and hone in on the most popular vehicles traded, down to the trim level, over the past week among America’s Top 25 Largest Auto Groups.

Toyota units were traded the most, making up 45% of all new vehicle, dealer-to-dealer trades across the country.

This week, the state of Texas shipped the most units out of state, while California had the most units coming in from other states.

2022 Toyota Camry – SE

The Toyota Camry, SE trim level was the most traded unit this week. We’re showing that there is now a 26 days supply of Toyota Camry, nationally, and 10,000 units on the ground at this trim level. This is up +30% from last month.

27% of these units are in the state of California.

2022 Toyota Corolla- LE

The Toyota Corolla, LE trim level had the second most units traded between new car dealerships over the past week.

We’re showing that there is now a 34 days supply of Toyota Corolla, nationally, and 10,000 units on the ground at this trim level. This is up +52% from last month.

35% of these units are in the state of Florida.

2022 RAM 1500 Pickup – Laramie

The RAM 1500 Pickup, Laramie trim level rounds out our list of most traded units this week.

We’re showing that there is now a 72 days supply of RAM 1500 Pickup, nationally, and 9866 units on the ground at this trim level. This is up +10% from last month.

16% of these units are in the state of Texas.
