In this New Vehicle Weekly Trade Activity report, we take our data set and hone in on the most popular vehicles traded, down to the trim level, over the past week among America’s Top 25 Largest Auto Groups.
Chevrolet units were traded the most for the second consecutive week, but only made up 15% of all new vehicle, dealer-to-dealer trades across the country.
This week, New York and Texas moved the most new vehicles out of their respective states, while Virginia brought the most new vehicle inventory into their state.

The Jeep Wagoneer, Series III trim level was the most traded unit this week. We’re showing that there is a 134 days supply of Jeep Wagoneers, nationally, and 4,912 units on the ground at this trim level. This is up +6% from last month.

The Volkswagen ID.4, Pro S trim level was the third most traded unit this week. We’re showing that there is a 37 days supply of Volkswagen ID.4s, nationally, and 863 units on the ground at this trim level. This is up +30% from last month.
